Based in Dunstable, Bedfordshire, our client is a growing, exciting, company looking for an Administrator to join their successful company.

This job would suit an Administrator with at least two years’ experience working for multiple senior members of management. The job will involve assisting the HR Team, CEO, COO and Senior Management Team by planning, organising, prioritising and managing daily administration tasks in an effective and proactive manner.

This successful company is a niche business that have grown massively over recent years. They are one of the largest influencers within their industry and hold an excellent reputation amongst their client base.

The successful individual will have good numerical and literacy skills and a high level of computer literacy. Great organisational skills with the ability to prioritise is essential as are good analytical and problem-solving skills. The candidate must be able to build relationships and communicate well at all levels. Being self-motivated with a desire to learn and develop is vital. The candidate will need to possess a clean full UK driving licence and be willing to undergo full security checks.

Duties will include:

  • Managing an annual budget for the following; car leasing, car hire, uniform, car insurance, pool car fuel, Company mobile phones
  • Responsible for ordering and distributing uniform and PPE
  • Managing the administration of all Company vehicles
  • Managing Company mobile phones
  • Organising and maintaining both the CEO and COO diaries using outlook
  • Arranging meetings
  • Booking meeting rooms and arranging access
  • Organising drinks and food for meetings
  • Booking travel and managing itineraries
  • Assisting with Board related matters
  • Assisting with documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • Screening telephone calls, enquiries, requests and handle queries where appropriate
  • Organising events and catering both internally and externally
  • Managing CEO and COO expenses
  • Running various personal errands
  • Arranging meetings
  • Booking meeting rooms and arranging access
  • Organising drinks and food for meetings
  • Full administration of management meetings including taking minutes
  • Managing Directors expenses as and when required any other duties relevant to the position and the running of the company
