Job Description

Based in Dublin, Ireland, for 2-3 days a week, our instantly recognisable client are looking for a Strategic Analyst Director/ Revenue Management Consultant to join their business on a long-term interim basis as a number of people are needed to drive a newly signed off Data Transformation Project.

This job would suit an individual with a strong track record in D&A strategic leadership and business partnering to be responsible for leading on how to create the most value from D&A for specific departments, forming that vision into an agreed strategy and roadmap. Key departments in this project and critical for improvement are Operations, Revenue Management, Customer, Central Function (Finance, HR etc), Mechanical & Engineering. Experience of strategic D&A work with any of these departments will be essential but each this role will take ownership of the Revenue Management function.

A significant transformation project has been signed off and an expert strategic data consultants is needed to lead the creative thought process in the Revenue Management function and act as the champion of this function in ensuring these plans are delivered in terms of timing and functionality by the technical teams.

The successful individuals will have significant experience in strategic partnering positions that focus on the use of data and analytics to improve business performance for the long term. They will have a strong demonstrable experience of building relationships across a wide range of colleagues, up to C suite, but will be able to demonstrate their impact on Revenue Management. This person must have proven experience of working with iterative product delivery methodologies including Waterfall & Agile.

Job responsibilities:

  • Lead thinking on how to create the most value from data and analytics in the Revenue Management function, forming that vision into an agreed strategy and roadmap
  • Persuade the Transformation Project Leadership and all colleagues across the projects of the merits of the strategy and roadmap
  • Work closely with the delivery capability in the Project to create a high-level delivery plan that satisfies both Project Leadership and line department C-level and Directors
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the Revenue Management function, cultivating successful relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure key deliverables are aligned to the requirements and priorities of key stakeholders.
  • Ensure transparent and accurate regular reporting on the Project initiatives for the line department.
  • Ensure the Revenue Management function create metrics for measuring the benefits of Project deliveries
