Job Description
Based in France, our specialist client is looking for an experienced Revenue Director to join their established team as Regional Director of Revenue Management on a permanent basis. This hybrid role offers flexibility to work from key locations, including Paris, Lyon, Toulouse, Nice, or Marseille, with mandatory travel to Paris every three weeks.
This job would suit someone with at least 5 years' experience in a multi-hotel revenue management leadership role, managing complex multi-branded portfolios with significant incomes, and with strong experience in the French market, particularly in key city centres like Paris. The Regional Director of Revenue Management will be responsible for overseeing a team dedicated to maximising revenues, market share, and profitability across the region, while ensuring close cooperation with sales, marketing, distribution, e-commerce, and operations.

The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in revenue management across high-demand destinations, especially within the French market and Parisian area. They will possess strong analytical, forecasting, and stakeholder management skills, essential for collaborating with property owners and C-suite executives in a branded hotel environment. Highly organised and strategic, you'll bring commercial acumen and leadership to grow a high-performing revenue team. This role requires experience in overseeing a portfolio of at least five properties and managing three to five team members, which may include operational staff. Proficiency in MS Office, intermediate Excel, and knowledge of hotel CRS, RMS, and PMS systems are required.
Job responsibilities:
- Lead the region's yearly 2-year revenue strategy & budget processes.
- Lead the region's forecasting processes, communicates to DRM & strategic analyst key risks & opportunities and ensures action are set by partners to reach & exceed budget
- Ensures all key functions work closely and smoothly together
- Build a strong team, recruit new talents, develops team competence, Reviews each member performance on a regular basis
- Ensures optimal segmentation and channel mix strategy is developed, implemented & communicated
- Defines once a year ideal city indexation in collaboration with HQ Pricing director and adjusts it depending on market evolution & monthly key insights
- Ensures all team members know & apply RM methods, processes & tools
- Inventory management & dynamic pricing, Channel management (rate competitiveness, single image inventory)
- Pricing, competition analysis, ranking, quality
- Work closely with the OTA regional and market managers segment to develop the Action Plans by account
