Job Description

Based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire our client seeks a Receptionist/Service Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis, with a potential of being made permanent.

This job would suit someone with a proven track record in customer service and be committed to ensuring that customers receive excellent service.

The company are a well-established motor company and highly regarded within their industry, therefore Motor dealership experience is preferred for this role, but isn't essential.

The successful individual will have good attention to detail with good time management and organisational skills. They will have good communication skills and be both creative in approach and very professional.

Job responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet employees and visitors.
  • General paperwork and filing
  • Booking in vehicles
  • Monitor and ensure the reception area and office is kept tidy and equipped.
  • Handle incoming calls and queries

This is a great role for an ambitious receptionist with great organisational and people skills and looking for a position in a growing business that can offer this opportunity.
