Job Description

Due to exciting growth our client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their growing team on a permanent basis based 5 days a week in their offices in St Albans, Hertfordshire.

This role would suit someone with previous customer service experience to be responsible for dealing with customer requirements in an efficient and courteous manner and to ensure a high standard of customer service.

This business provides comprehensive support services to enhance operational efficiency and streamline administrative tasks. Their expertise helps businesses focus on core functions and achieve optimal productivity.

The successful individual will be able to work well as part of an efficient team to ensure that high customer satisfaction is maintained, that key clients are retained and strong business relationships are promoted. Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to build trust and rapport with customers and colleagues. They will have good IT skills with the ability to use multiple systems at once.
