Job Description

Based in St Albans, Hertfordshire our client who are industry experts are looking for a Business Support Assistant/ Team Administrator to join their growing team on a permanent basis. The role will be based in the office 5 days a week, with some flexibility on working from home but essentially in the office most days.

This job would suit an exceptional team assistant/coordinator who excels in their core responsibilities and builds strong team relationships. This role is crucial for fostering good relationships with both their team and clients/supply chain, particularly as they'll be supporting the business development/marketing team.

The company has experienced exponential growth with further plans to significantly grow throughout Europe.

The successful individual will have excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills are a must, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals across all levels of seniority. The candidate should thrive in an office environment and enjoy working with a sociable team. Proficiency in MS Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel is essential.

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage business event invitations, track attendance, and coordinate hotel, travel, catering and technical arrangements.
  • Make edits to PowerPoint presentations for business-to-business pitch meetings and other marketing materials.
  • Downloading and archiving photography.
  • Ensuring our live information is current and accurate.
  • Brand championing - supplying logos, typing up minutes and notes, formatting policies and forms, and ordering business cards/branded merchandise, where necessary.
  • Learn and utilise data systems to support marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls for the Business Development team.
  • Collaborate effectively with individuals across all levels of seniority to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
