Audit - Year End Accountant

Job Description

Based in St Albans, Hertfordshire client is looking for an immediately available qualified Accountant to join their team on a 3-month interim basis.

This job would suit an ACA qualified accountant recently out of practice with good knowledge of tax to assist the business with the year end audit.

The company plan to expand further in the next few years, they are a people focused organisation with personal development and well-being at the centre of their growth.

The successful individual will be an ACA qualified accountant who can work quickly and efficiently without supervision. They will have good tax knowledge and can hit the ground running, be adaptable, and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Job responsibilities:

• Assisting with the year end audit of group companies including disclosure notes (e.g. carbon reporting)
• Balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations.
• Analysis for the year- end tax computations.
