Our recruitment process

Step 1

Brief & Job Requirement

To begin the process, we'll go over your full requirements and obtain a brief of the job, assessing which of our innovative staffing solutions is most appropriate. We'll either meet in person or via zoom to ensure we gather all the information to mirror your business' message.

Step 2

Develop a shortlist

Once our consultants have conducted their candidate search through our unique searching methodology, we will construct a shortlist and arrange a meeting for you to review. 

Step 3

Arrange Interviews

After you've decided which professionals you would like to interview, we will arrange this between the two of you. Following each interview, we will receive feedback and discuss where you would like to go from there.

Step 4

Offer & Negotiation

Once you've decided which professional you would like to offer, we'll coordinate this with the individual, determine a start date and guide them through the resignation process.

Step 5

Onboarding & Aftercare

We'll assist in the pre-start, start and aftercare of the onboarding stage. We'll be in contact regularly for the first 3 months to ensure both parties are happy.
