We breakdown the world of accounting into its component parts and have consultants in our business who specialise in each of the below markets.
Our consultants spend their time networking within their specialist field, meeting relevant jobseekers and employers and attending events as speakers, guests or hosts. All of this ensures they develop and maintain an expert understanding of all things happening in that market. This allows them to offer jobseekers career and salary advice and employers input on skill set availability and relevant remuneration requirements.
We don’t register every person that applies to our jobs, we don’t register every person that is referred to us and we don’t register every candidate sitting on an online database that you pay money to get access to. We are not about the numbers of jobseekers on our books.

Likewise, we don’t register every job that employers ask us to help with – if it’s not in our specialism we will refer it to a partner company who know that market well.

Above all, we should be making a difference to your life through your career.
We should be challenging employers to ensure they aren’t being unrealistic with what they are trying to find, we should be advising them on the availability of relevant people in the market, we should be working quickly to give clients the best choice of talent in the area and we should be making the recruitment process as painless as possible.
