We are proud to announce that on Tuesday 27 September, we will be hosting our 10th Finance Director Leadership event.
The event titled ‘Finance Meets Sustainability’ will take place at Shendish Manor Hotel & Golf Course.
We’ve had many employers asking us about the trends we are hearing from the market regarding Sustainability and ESG. In the main, UK PLC has begun to focus on this key topic and Nicola Stopps, with her awarding-winning sustainability consultancy business, has an impressive corporate client base so will be sharing what they are seeing in the market. Time will come shortly when SME businesses will need to put more time and attention into this critical part of their business.
Having said that, less than a handful of these PLCs have devoted a specialist in finance to commit their time to understand and drive this change – most have spread the responsibilities to wherever it falls across the finance function. Pleasingly though, we have one of these unique finance specialists in Elaine Ray from Alight Solutions discussing the hands-on and real considerations that he has found in his role. Simply Sustainable is an award-winning sustainability strategy and integration consultancy, based in Berkhamsted.
Simply Sustainable has been working with some of the UK’s biggest brands for over ten years. Their approach enables them to add tangible value to your business, regardless of where you are on your sustainability and ESG journey. Meanwhile, Alight Solutions is a global transformation and solutions company that has been partnering with some of the world’s most influential companies for over 25 years, helping them get more out of benefits, payroll and HR. They help businesses understand what human capital is saying and connect the dots between people, work and life so they can act on insight.
Please be aware that numbers are limited so don’t delay in booking your place at this event.
