			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Based near Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, our prestigious client is looking for a Finance Manager to run the finances of the organisation. Any level or type of qualification will be considered &#8211; Qualified, Part Qualified, Stop Studier or Qualified By Experience.</p>
<p>This job would suit either someone moving out of a small practice and looking for their first move into Commerce or an experienced Company Accountant/ Finance Manager who has been doing a varied accounts job in an SME business.</p>
<p>The business is an extremely well established organisation that is very protected from the issues happening in the economy and hence this role offers stability and protection from the many businesses threatening redundancy. The business is made up of c.14 smaller entities including a property business of c.125 rental properties. This determines that a good eye for detail is needed in this role to ensure each enterprise is accurately accounted for.</p>
<p>The successful candidate will have a good understanding of Balance sheet, P&amp;Ls, VAT, monthly and annual accounting. The role does offer the chance to develop the management accounts/ information across the business so good management accounting knowledge would be useful. This experience can have been gained either in a small practice looking after a portfolio of SME businesses or in an SME business running the whole accounts &#8216;function&#8217;.</p>
<p>Key duties will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>In conjunction with function budget holders, prepare budgets and forecasts for income, management and administration expenditure.</li>
<li>Ensure that monthly and quarterly management accounts are prepared for each enterprise and certain key entities as a whole, showing actuals against agreed or revised budgets.</li>
<li>Continue to develop a cost allocation method for overhead recharges and ensure communicated to personnel involved at relevant enterprises.</li>
<li>Perform key account reconciliations, to include bank, petty cash, wages and recharges</li>
<li>Preparation of statutory year end accounts for 2 separate entities covering primarily rental income and farm arable and livestock</li>
<li>Prepare for year end external audits for 3 of the larger entities.</li>
<li>Produce simple Income and Expenditure excel accounts for partners of some of the smaller entities.</li>
<li>Undertake the role of the Purchase Ledger to ensure all day to day accounting tasks are carried     out in an accurate and timely manner</li>
<li>Undertake the role of Sales Ledger</li>
<li>Process, review and BACS month wages</li>
<li>VAT</li>
<li>Manage the pension contributions for both employer and employee ensuring correct paperwork is signed by staff joining the scheme</li>
<li>Develop and implement reporting systems to facilitate production of management and statutory information.</li>
<li>Maintain regular contact with auditors, bank and other advisers as appropriate</li>
<li>Ensure that all procurement, contracting and other work is delivered in the most cost effective manner.</li>
<li>Ensure that the works undertaken complies at all times with all relevant legislation, statutory codes and guidance including energy performance certificates etc.</li>

<p>This job would suit an individual who has worked/ trained in Finance reporting under Dutch GAAP and who is now based in the UK looking to use this specialist knowledge in the European HQ of large corporate business. Fluent Dutch would also be highly advantageous. The job is responsible principally for the Netherlands entity ensuring statutory compliance and management accounting are completed on a timely and accurate basis.</p>

<p>This job would suit a hands on qualified by experience (QBE) or stop-studier who is looking for an interesting and varied accounts role in an expanding business. This role has responsibility for directing and coordinating all financial activities within the UK Business Unit and assisting the CFO (who is based overseas) on all Group financial activity as directed.</p>
<p>The company offers niche but highly regarded services both in the UK and overseas and hence has operations in various key countries. The company is expanding in all its regions and has developed a 1st class reputation in its key business areas. This has resulted in some significant large employers in their list of clients and there are no signs of a slow down. As a result, the need has materialised for this role to control the UK finances as well as helping with other key issues in Group finance, e.g. Costing projects in different locations.</p>
<p>The successful individual will have experience of both management and financial accounts and will be happy overlooking a finance administrator who is responsible for the basic transactions work amongst other admin duties around the UK operation. <p>This Credit Manager job could be recruited on either an interim, contract or permanent basis depending on the requirements and fit of the successful individual.</p>
<p>Currently there are a significant number of credit controllers in various divisions across the business and this person&#8217;s main responsibility will be to overlook every aspect of the credit remit and streamline this into one function that has strong disciplines in place run with less people and more efficient processes.</p>
<p>The successful individual will be an experienced Credit Manager with a range of skills from the standard man management and monthly reporting through to dealing with legal issues and driving through process change. One of the main experiences that will differentiate the successful applicant will be the ability to minimise how often the legal team is called into action by taking the responsibility on themselves to look at contracts or deal with difficult debt situations. ICM Qualification would be advantageous but not essential if a strong track record can be illustrated.</p>

<p>This job would suit an experienced Customer Service executive who is genuinely passionate about providing a high level of service to all customers. The main purpose of the role is to answer incoming telephone calls and process all sales orders quickly and  accurately using SAP. You will also have responsibility for supporting the sales force with any queries and requests.</p>
<p>Detailed duties include:</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>My client, based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire are a very well established organisation who have been in Aylesbury for over 30 years. They are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service professional on a years contract.</p>
<p>Working within a small team, your role will be varied. You will already have plenty of experience working within an office based Customer service environment and will be comfortable dealing with queries as well as producing and following up quotations.</p>
<p>Daily duties will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Continual contact with customers either by phone or email</li>
<li>Managing customer enquires from initial request through to quotation stage to job completion.</li>
<li>Continual updating of in house customer service system &amp; ensure accuracy is adhered to.</li>
<li>To raise job packs and files and mark on job board.</li>
<li>To liaise with other departments to ensure accurate job timing and scheduling of work appropriate to the customers needs.</li>
<li>Production of quotes to include costings and calculations where necessary.  Production of reports for job completion in accordance with customer requirement.</li>
<li>To ensure completed jobs are forwarded for pricing and invoicing procedure.</li>
<li>Responding to customer queries/complaints and escalate to appropriate level if required.</li>
<li>Management of own filing systems and archiving &amp; organising and managing quote follow up and chasing.</li>
<li>To develop sale and customer service skills.</li>
</ul>
<p>You will be self motivated and able to handle your own workload. You will have superb communication skills and have the ability to problem solve and think outside of the box when necessary.</p>

<p>This job will suit a Qualified Accountant with strong management accounting experience to be responsible for the production of the monthly  management pack for a division of the organisation.</p>
<p>The organisation is over 100 years old and has nearly 500 projects running at any one time across the UK. Their vision is to have the same type of impact across the world and aim to genuinely make a difference to people&#8217;s lives.<br />
They are looking to develop their commercial finance and management accounting function in order to drive the impact that the department has across its business.</p>
<p>The successful individual will be a CIMA or ACCA finalist or recently qualified accountant with strong management accounting/ budgets/ forecasts/ variance analysis skills. The individual will be someone who cares about the service that the organisation offers and wants to help build this offering through the impact they will have on their job.</p>
<p>Duties will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Review automated invoicing to ensure income is correct</li>
<li>Review cost centre actuals (revenue &amp; expenditure) and transfer erroneous postings</li>
<li>Accrue/Defer revenue as required</li>
<li>Sundry journals as requested</li>
<li>General accruals/prepayments as required</li>
<li>Prepare, post and review year end accruals</li>
<li>Provide guidance/training to each division with regards forecasting on the systems</li>
<li>Review submitted forecasts and raise queries as required</li>
<li>Consolidate data and analyse for central reporting on a monthly basis ie: waterfall reports</li>
<li>In conjunction with Operational teams, provide reporting pack with financials and commentary highlighting areas of risk/opportunity and present to Strategic Accountant on a monthly basis</li>
<li>Assist in budget process as necessary, ie systems guidance</li>
<li>Oversee budget process for divisions and submission to centre.</li>
<li>Provide guidance and discuss financials with Operational teams</li>
<li>Present financials where required</li>
<li>Oversee BMU cost centre, and forecast/budget as necessary.</li>
<li>Involvement in aged debt review/analysis</li>
<li>Submission of ad hoc central reports, ie: non-financial drivers</li>
<li>Perform adhoc duties as required</li>
</ul>
