Russell Watts has joined Mytrah Energy as Non-Executive Director. He was former Finance Director of BAA and is a NED of Aviva, Biocon and Signet Jewelers.
John Morris has joined Newcastle Building Society as Non-Executive Director and was formerly Head of Finance at HBOS’s retail division.
Mark Moran has been named CFO of Premier Foods having recently been Finance Director of SSL International.
David Clifford will join Carpetright as Non-Executive Director having until recently been a senior partner at KPMG.

David Reid will become Chairman of Intertek in January having retired as Chairman of Tesco where he was previously also Finance Director and Executive Deputy Chairman
Malcolm Wyman has been appointed Non-Executive Director at Imperial Tobacco having retired from SAB Miller in August where he was CFO.
Karen Witts has become Non-Executive Director of Wolseley alongside her role at Vodafone as CFO – Africa, Middle East and Asia Pacific.
Stephen Glancey is to be promoted to Chief Executive of C&C, the cider maker, from his current position of Chief Operating Officer and Finance Director and having been Operations Director at Scottish & Newcastle.
Simon Herrick will become Finance Director of Debenhams having been Finance Director and acting Chief Executive at Northern Foods and Finance Director at Kesa Electricals for 4 years.
Stephen Oakley has been appointed CFO of Helphire, the accident assistance provider, having been Finance Director at Hartstone & MacCarthy.
Brian Gilvary will join the board of BP becoming CFO from his current Deputy position.
Ruth Anderson has joined Travis Perkins as Non-Executive Director. She was an accountant with KPMG from 1976 to 2009 becoming Vice-Chairwoman.
Howard Goodbourn, previously Finance Director at Southern Water, has become Group Finance Director at City of London Group.
Stephen King has been appointed Non-Executive Director of TT Electronics. He is Finance Director at Caledonia Investments and Non-Exec at Weir Group and Bristow Group.
Bill Spencer has joined UK Mail as Non-Executive Director having been CFO at Intertek.

Jon Streppel - has become a non-executive director of RSA Insurance and is currently Chairman of KPN having formerly been CFO of Aegon.
Mark Morris – has been promoted to Finance Director from Group Treasurer at Rolls Royce.
